In the heart of Lakewood we recently finished a complete kitchen remodel. The kitchen originally had a country feel to it. While it was large and had a nice raised ceiling it was somewhat antiquated looking and had 6 x 6 large white tiles with pigs and roosters all over the place including the counter tops. The back doors were rotting out and despite the fact that there were 3 doors, only one opened.
What we created was a much more inviting space with sleek black granite, custom cabinets and lots of lighting. We even installed a flat screen TV. The backsplash is a pattern of slate and glass. The bar area is a large sexy piece of frosted glass that graciously hovers over the granite.
